We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery.
    • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL-SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
    • All returns must include a note of the order number inside &/or your packing slip.
    • All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.
    • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

        Please note
        • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer & original postage is non refundable.
        • If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return.
        • Please ensure the correct postage is used (large letter!) (we also recommend using a signed for service).
        • If you are returning goods from outside the EU please tick on the customs declaration it is return of unwanted goods with no commercial value.

        • Please email us at customerservice@lephoria.com with your order number and details of your exchange request and we will try our best to accommodate you.
        • It may be easier to return your items and reorder separately as we cannot reserve items while we wait for the exchange to be delivered to us.
