Returns
We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 days to return your item(s) from date of delivery.
- SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL-SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- All returns must include a note of the order number inside &/or your packing slip.
- All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

The return postage is the responsibility of the customer & original postage is non refundable.

If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return.

Please ensure the correct postage is used (large letter!) (we also recommend using a signed for service).
- If you are returning goods from outside the EU please tick on the customs declaration it is return of unwanted goods with no commercial value.
Exchanges
- Please email us at customerservice@lephoria.com with your order number and details of your exchange request and we will try our best to accommodate you.
- It may be easier to return your items and reorder separately as we cannot reserve items while we wait for the exchange to be delivered to us.
